Delivery of orders

Delivery in Ukraine:

the cost of delivery is calculated individually by the service - the carrier;
we send the ordered goods within 24 hours from the moment the order is confirmed using the delivery service "Nova Poshta", or any other as agreed with the client.
PS If the goods did not fit the buyer through no fault of the seller, then the buyer pays for the delivery in both directions. For example, I didn’t choose the right size, changed my mind, didn’t like the color, didn’t manage to pick it up.
When ordering sneakers cash on delivery, sending is carried out after receiving an advance payment in the amount of 150 UAH. (The amount of cash on delivery is reduced by 150 UAH).
An order for an amount less than 500 UAH is sent with a 100% prepayment.
At the request of the client, targeted delivery is possible.
You can return the product within 14 days after purchase.
Return of goods of good quality is possible only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of use, original and undamaged packaging and labels).
When exchanging / returning goods, shipping is paid by the buyer.
Exchange / return of goods is carried out through the branches of the companies "Nova Poshta".
Not subject to return and exchange: hosiery, caps, underwear, gloves, gowns, hats.
To use this feature, please ensure that the item has not been used and shows no signs of use.

Payment for the goods can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery through the carrier.
