The online tennis store BakuninSchool sells only original products.
Return and exchange of goods  according to the legislation of Ukraine.
You can refuse the goods for any reason and return the goods of good quality (not worn, in a marketable condition, all packaging) within 14 calendar days from the date  of payment, not counting the day of purchase.

Return of goods is at the expense of the customer. In case of marriage at the expense of the store.

Note:
 

• Return of goods of proper quality is possible only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of use and wear, the presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels);

• Warranty period for shoes 30 days;

• Defective/mismatched items (items you did not order, or the size does not match what you ordered) must be returned to us with the original tags and in the original packaging.;

• In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, we assume the costs of sending the goods back to us.

• Some categories of goods are not subject to return and exchange, such as: hosiery;
